1. The Service

GhostTracer21 provides access to a private Telegram channel ("VIP") with trading signals from a rule-based system, and a free public channel. Signals are information, not advice. We do not trade for you and never access your exchange account or funds.

2. Who Can Join

You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to use such services and trade crypto futures where you live.

3. Plans and Payment

Plans run for 2, 3 or 4 months and are paid once in advance in USDT or USDC on the Solana network through our membership bot. Prices are shown on the website before payment. Plans do not renew automatically; you will be reminded before your access ends.

4. Immediate Start, No Refunds

Access starts right after payment. By paying you request that the service starts immediately and confirm that payments are therefore not refundable, to the extent permitted by law. Before paying, the membership bot asks you to confirm this. Where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be excluded, those rights remain.

5. Personal Access

Your access is personal and non-transferable. Forwarding, copying, reselling or publishing VIP signals is not allowed and leads to removal without refund.

6. Availability

We aim to deliver every signal on time but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service (Telegram, internet, data providers). If a signal reaches members late or not at all because of a fault on our side, every active member gets 2 extra months of access. If you paid and had no access because of an error on our side, we add twice the lost time, at least 3 days. Extensions are added to the end of your plan; they are not paid out.

7. Your Responsibility and Liability

You decide whether and how to trade and bear all results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Exchanges, wallets and other services we mention or link (for example Tangem) are run by others under their own terms; we are not responsible for them. For some of them we share a discount code and may earn a commission.
